Get to know the Charles C. Parks Management Team a little better:

Crockett Parks, President

Crockett Parks III took over as president of Charles C. Parks Company in September 2005, after the untimely death of his father Charles Parks Jr. Crockett continues the company’s work ethic begun by his grandfather in 1934. In our 75 years of operation, Crockett echoes Mr. Parks’ sentiments throughout his 45-year charge of the family business:

"Our goal is that our support and service be the best they can be. To achieve this goal, we know we must stay close to our customers, listen to them, and try to meet their needs day after day."

Bo Lanier, COO

With over 40 years experience in the retail business, Bo actually started when his father bought a full-service convenience store in Franklin, Tennessee in the 1960’s. He worked there all through school and then eventually ran the business until 1983.

In 1983, Bo went to work for a fuel distributor that wanted to get involved in the C-store business, and he was tasked with helping them achieve those goals. The company grew to forty- six retail locations in approximately ten years. In the years to follow, several partnerships and buyouts occurred that increased the number of stores to 125.

In April 2010 Bo was asked to come on board with the Charles C. Parks Co., a company he had done business with since 1984 as a wholesale grocery supplier. He knew the company very well and most of the people that have spent many years making it the great company it is today.

Tom Cripps

Tom Cripps, our CFO, has a great understanding of our I.T. department as well and our software reporting system for management and warehouse operations. Tom’s duties include management of the accounting and administrative group.


Gary Pickett

Gary Pickett is our Sr. V.P. of Sales and works very hard at growing our customer base as well as supporting our current customers. Gary has a wealth of knowledge in the wholesale business and shares that with all the management team. Gary is a representative for the company with several associations including TGCSA. In our new business development, Gary recognizes that you, as our partners will be our best ambassador.


Chris Pizzini

Chris Pizzini serves as our Sales Manager and works directly with our outside salesmen along with our merchandisers to insure customer satisfaction through good communication with all in-house personnel as well as a solid performance in the field. Chris also is support for new and current customers.


Chuck Watkins

Chuck Watkins our Food Service Director has a vast background in the food industry. His focus is developing new and exciting programs for our customers specific needs. Chuck has the support of several outside salesmen.


Tim Flick

Tim Flick is our Purchasing Manager and brings consistency to the buying group by using our newest software to insure proper management of our product inventory.


Donnie Vaughn

Donnie Vaughn is the Warehouse Manager as well as the facility manager for our company. Donnie insures that our voice pick system sends you accurate product each order.


Jamie Davenport

Jamie Davenport is Manager of Transportation and insures that your products are delivered to you on a timely manner with a smile.


David Lowery

David Lowery is our I.T. manager with a strong grasp of current and future development needs. David says there is nothing we can’t do for our customers regarding technology.


Mike Pike

Mike Pike our Novelty manager has years of experience with buying and merchandising items that bring you incremental sales with high margin.
