Dorothy has been with the Charles C. Parks Co. since 1990. She has worked
in various areas of the company and can help you with receiving credit
on items ordered in error, or on items shipped incorrectly in quantity
or selection. Dorothy can help with order add-ons, special shipping arrangements, changes regarding your customer information, MSI transmission
and troubleshooting, and any other service need.
Linda King, Ext. 102
Linda has been with the Charles C. Parks Co. since 1989. She has served in various areas which gives her an understanding of issues with ordering, product set up and customer purchase history. Linda processes pick up requests and credits related to deliveries and returns of guaranteed product due to damage or out-of-date. Linda is also experienced with MSI transmission problems.
